Producing in a convention center is its own discipline — dock schedules, marshalling yards, rigging call times, house electrical orders, and the long push from the dock to your hall. We've made that walk many times. We plan load-ins around the venue's rules, order power and rigging correctly the first time, and build schedules that survive contact with a busy convention calendar.

Orlando's resort ballrooms host some of the biggest corporate programs in the country, and every property has its quirks: ceiling heights and rigging points, freight elevator dimensions, union and in-house labor rules, and house internet that was never designed for a broadcast. We scout early, ask the unglamorous questions, and bring bonded cellular backup so your stream never depends on hotel Wi-Fi.
